Identify single hung replacement channel balance

Hi,

I'm looking for a replacement parts.

It's 26" long channel balance with 2640 part number stamped on the bar. Do you have replacement?

Sorry, it is a 27" length channel balance (not 26" as previously stated). Thanks.

Is the below the right part:

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but the bottom fitting appears to be missing from your balance. We would need to see the fitting of an undamaged balance removed from the other side or another window in the house that uses the same hardware to narrow down your replacement options. Thank you.

As per your request, I have attached 3 more pictures from an undamaged balance. Please let me know the right part number to order the replacement unit.

Thanks for getting back to us. As long as your bottom fitting matches the 1-3/32" depth shown below, I agree that the S385-27 with a 2640 strength option would be the correct replacement. Thanks for posting!
