Identify spring balance for non-tilt double-hung window bottom sash

Question

Hello, I'm having trouble identifying the spring balance needed to replace my broken spring and connectors. The window jamb has a plastic liner that spans the width of both sashes. The needed spring is broken off the connector. The outside sash works but I would like to replace all balances on 3-pairs of double hung windows if possible.

The spring measures 35" (not including the top and bottom brackets).

Thanks for reaching out to us! I'm sorry to say that we would not be able to supply you with a replacement for the jamb liner springs you are searching for. Since it appears that this is a vinyl window, you'll need to contact the window manufacturer for an idea on where you might be able to obtain the replacements.

I do apologize that we cannot be of help with these repairs but please feel free to reach out with any other hardware repair projects you might have.
