Identify the Top Sash Guide and Channel Balance

HI,
I would like to confirm that I have identified the correct part for my window.
My sash weight around 28 lb, and the old balance is 35 in long 1/2 wide.
Using the guide on the website, I locate the following pieces,
Top Sash: 18-032
351 Channel Balance, S 351-35

Could you confirm that my selection is correct?

Thanks for writing in. I agree this Top Sash Guide looks like the 18-032; just double-check the dimensions to confirm. As far as your balance goes, I agree the S351-35 is promising, but I'm not 100% without seeing an undamaged version of the bottom nylon shoe. You'll want to ensure that this shoe matches the depth dimension of the 15-002 (1"), rather than the 15-001 (1-1/8"). If it's closer to the 15-001, the S390-35 would be the better match. In either case you'll need a stamp option of 3440.
