Identify the parts

Hi, I have these window chanel balancer for non tilt window it is 1/2 inch width and 28 inches length but I am unsure what series it would be as the top part looks like from series S380 or S385 and the bottom part looks like from series S351 or S370. Can you please help me to identify the part, so tat I can place the order?

Hi there!

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. Your balance looks more of a match for the S395-28. This comes attached with the 19-005 winged top and 15-001 (1-1/8" deep) wingless bottom fitting. There should also be a stamp printed on the back of the metal channel that indicates the spring strength option. Take a look at the specifications for this part to confirm they match what you need for this repair.
