If you could show us the connecting point between the spring and pulley inside the metal channel, that would help us confirm if our stock balances could work for your repair or if they would need to be special ordered. With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. 

You'll also need 2040 spring strength options for your 21" balances and 3240 options for the 33" replacements. I'd recommend checking the weight of your sashes to confirm that they fall within the 15-23 lbs range supported by the 2040 options. The larger balance sashes should weigh between 23-28 lbs. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
