Identify the right window shoe set

Question

Several single hung windows (16 years old) cannot stay open because the window shoes are broken. Would you help me identify the brand and model of the window shoes? Thus I would be able to order and replace the broken ones. Thanks a lot!

Your hardware looks like a match for our 15-180 shoe that uses the Series 190 coil springs and 15-181 double support clip. Look over the dimensions for these parts and see what you think.
