Identify the sash balance

The code on the sash is 26.5 EV CMC 2. The metal part is 27 inches, the foot plastic part is 1.124 or 1.15 see the attached photo. Which part should I order?

Thanks for posting. If the shoe depth is greater than 1", then this is an S385-27 Channel Balance. For a stamp option choose 2650. Let me know if you have further questions.
