We do not know the brand of window seems to be an older budget type window. These seem to be a little more narrow and smaller than most. Dimensions 2.5 inches long 0.5 inched wide and 3/16 inch high. Aside from the dimensions, the small tabs on the sides seem to be unique for most others.

Thanks for posting, Stephen. It's a bit tough to tell since the latch is so damaged. Is there an undamaged one you can show us? Based on what I can see, I'm leaning toward the 26-243 and 26-244 Tilt Latch pair, but some of the dimensions differ from you report. View the diagram below, double-check your dimensions, and let me know what differs. And if this pair doesn't seem right, do send us pictures of an undamaged tilt latch removed from the window, and I'll try and find something better.
