I purchased a BSI 1/2" Channel Block and Tackle Balance Non-Tilt 1720 (Alcan) and my husband installed it successfully however we noticed the top sash guide is missing so we need to order a couple but not sure which one from your site exactly fits. Would you be able to tell based on the information above? Thank you...Linda

Hi, Linda. This looks like an 18-161 sash guide, commonly used with balances like yours. I see that you already ordered this part. Sounds great, if you checked the dimensions closely. If you run into problems, let us know!
