This is the only remnant of a broken top sash guide on a vinyl window that I am trying to identify. I have other windows like this one and in none of these windows is the top sash guide visible from the top. The middle hole on the sash guide is about1 5/8" down from the top of the sash and 1 5/16" down from the bottom of the hole you see in the channel at the top of the sash.
I hope you can identify this guide from the photo and description. I am leery of taking out another window to see what the sash guide looks like for fear I cannot reinstall it without issues. The windows are from 2004 and I need them to last a bit longer. The channel balance used in these windows is stamped with the number 2740 and appears to be a 28" series 385 channel balance - option 2740.

I'm afraid I cannot identify this top sash guide based on a broken part. There are just too many important details missing. I will have to see an undamaged version, if you're able to get it for me. That will require removing it from the window.
