Identify window balance BSI

I need to identify the balance in the pics to replace it. The markings are 15 5 or BSI. Unable to remove window to show installed. This is a Silver Line series 2700. See additional pics. It measures 16

Hello! That information from Silver Line doesn't help us, and I actually can't see what shape the attachments on the balance are, since you're only showing them from the side. See if your balance is one of these. If not, send photos of the attachments from the front.

It looks like it could be S351 or S390 but not sure which. Here is a full pic of the balance.

The Series 390 looks close. If you have the shoe shown below, choose the S390-16 and a stamp of "1550." To be sure of that 1550 stamp, you'd weigh your window sash and compare to the chart in the S390-16 product description. 71
