Identify window to find parts

Good morning

I have 9 windows all installed in original construction.
Single hung with screens.
Labels are almost gone. So only have partials. Any help would be great.
Need to replace several balances and screens.

Here's what I have

ETL NO. 436*10
AAMA 1502. 976

A few years ago, I bought some slide latches from you, and they worked great.
