I need to replace the 72" Steel Track with the exact replacement if possible. I would like to complete work in the next week if possible.

If you believe your door fittings aren't damaged, then you can use the 23-512 six foot track. If you want to play it safe to complete the job without delay, you might want to purchase the complete kit, our 23-507.
