Identifying Andersen Sash Balance

Hi,
Could you please help to identify balance?
The left-side balance has 116000-17 on it, the right side has BR18 931 9 89. The starting BR could be 8R or 9R, the first letter is not clear.

The whole window size is about 60(in) x 32(in). My house was build in 1990.
