Identifying Channel Balance

Thanks for reaching out! I've just forwarded over a separate link with a quote for (2) custom balances as there is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance. Please let me know if you need a higher quantity of balances and I'll be happy to update the quote for you.

Also, the length of the metal channel of these balances will be 16-7/8". If your balances do actually measure 16-1/4" then our balances will not work for you. Please double check and let me know prior to placing your order. Custom order are non-refundable, non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once placed.

Thanks for confirming. I'm afraid that we would not be able to supply you with a replacement for these balances. As confirmed our balance measures 16-7/8".
