Identifying Make/Model of Garden Window Crank

A home owner from Wanamassa says:
Dear Swisco:

The crank handle on my garden window has stripped out of the housing and won't function any longer. I want to replace the whole unit, however, I have been unable to find the make/model number of the window/crank and where the screws are to remove it. I have attached 3 photos to see if you may be familiar with the unit and can offer a recommendation. The inside width of the crank base is 5 inches. Thank you.

I do believe we carry the operator you need for your window. However, we have three sizes that may work for you. Take a look at the 39-083, 39-140 and 39-143 operators to see which one matches yours. Also take a look at the related video below! Let me know if none of these operators matches up, for some reason.
