Identifying Pivot Bar Size

Quick Learner from Maryland
I broken my window. It says on the pivot lock shoe that it is 11 R. I was hoping to find the actual size needed to replace the pivot bar to fix my window.

Thanks for posting. This looks like either a Series 161 or Series 210 Coil Balance assembly, depending on the thickness of the shoe. That stamp will indicate nothing about the pivot bar, unfortunately. These types of assemblies often use pivot bars like our 26-398 or 26-405, but ultimately you'll need to remove an undamaged pivot bar and compare to both options to see if either match what you have. If neither are correct, send us pictures of the undamaged pivot bar removed from the window, and we'll try and find something better for you.

I removed the window and found out how big the pivot bar. Here are some reference. I think the length is approximately 2 inch and 3/16 or 1/4. The width is 1/4.

Unfortunately, this pivot bar is not something we'll be able to supply for you at this time. My recommendation would be to contact the original manufacturer of the window directly; I believe this is unique to them.

As for the coil balance, I wanted to add my two cents that I believe it's our Series 161, based on the design of the cam slot. You should definitely measure the original to verify its size, though. That will be the ultimate determining factor.
