Identifying awning operator

A contractor from Florida says:

I need to get at least a couple of these awning operators. But I do not know how to Identify the maker.

I have attached several pictures with measurements in the pictures. It is a right-hand operator shown in the pictures.

I'm leaning toward the 39-419 operator. Take a look and compare it to yours. Make sure arms and the mounting holes match yours. I'm having trouble making out your precise dimensions.
