Identifying balance

Question

I believe this is a 385-33 with a 15-004 foot and 19-005 top according to the measurements on your site. I want to make sure before I order. Also, what spring weight should use?

I can't tell which attachments you have without seeing them. If the measurements are the same, don't overthink it. As for the spring weight, your stamp suggests "3250." If you trust whoever originally installed that balance, you can just use the same thing, but you run the risk of repeating any mistakes that the previous installer may have made. If you want to be careful, weigh the window sash. Our S385-33 webpage contains a chart showing which option to choose depending on the range of weights.
