Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-23 or S385-23, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

The measurement of the bottom nylon piece is 1 inch so the 380 seems correct. The description of the 380 says it is a 1/2 inch size. What I have measures 5/8" (the metal part). Also what swisco weight code corresponds with caldwells weight code of 4?

The difference in the width of the metal channel should be okay. I've replaced your brand balance many times with ours and I never ran into any issues.
As for the stamp, your old marking of 22-4 should correspond to our 2240.
