Identifying balances for replacement

I have a few windows that need the balances replaced. theonly markings on them are 2740 and the other 2140 as shown in the attached photos. What is the order number and cost on these? Thanks, Gary

Thanks for reaching out to us, Gary! It looks like you may have the Series 351 or Series 390 depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. You'll have to measure as shown below to determine the best match.

For the 28" balances with the 2740 stamp, you can use the 2740 option. For the 22" balances with the 2140 stamp, you can use the 2140 option.
