Identifying casement operator : SWISCO.com

New house with old casement windows. One window is missing operator and all other parts. A similar window has these two numbers top bar has 20819A and the lower arm has 31512 stamped on it. Is this an Entrygard 15? Or something else. Thanks.

Thank you for your reply. Also, i need the other parts such as the bar underneath and other hardware. I will recheck the other windows measurements.

It sounds like you're referring to the hinge. I recommend you start by having a look at the 36-048 to see if the specifications align. Note that we suggest replacing the top and bottom hinges at the same time.

If you need new brackets, see the 39-545 and 39-546 which are sold separately.
