Identifying casement window hinge

Hello,
I need some help identifying and ordering the correct Milgard casement window hinge. As seen from one photo, a part of the lower hinge (the 'crossbar') is missing. The lower part that is mounted to the actual window frame is 10" long, Window is smaller, less than 18"x24"
I understand I will need to replace both top and bottom entire 'hinge' (even though I'd refer it more to a 'slider'). I just need to know which one.
Milgard support was from from helpful but only sent me here. hopefully you can guide here based on photos (it's not my house and I am not currently at house either for more detailed measurements).
And finally, what would be leadtime to get this to the Seattle area?

I think we have identified the right part then. Had a few discussions here, but your measurements confirm a match!
Based on photos submitted, seems the sash mounted small bracket has the operator arm underneath it, and I assume that the arm (only a shorter one that goes to the right) will just snap down if pryed loose (it does not have a clip like in the video).
Sadly see that you're out of stock at the moment though.
