I have used your spiral balances in the past and just came across something I haven't seen before. I think these are channel balances for non-tilt windows. The only identifier is (01/05) unique 33-D-40 . As you can see from the photos whatever they are , they are in bad shape and need replacement. Before taking the window apart and maybe not being able to put back together, I thought I'd ask you what I am dealing with.
Also advice on how to remove the existing balances from the jamb and installing the new.

Thanks for reaching out! You are correct, these are channel balances. Although, I cannot confirm from the photos if these are for a non-tilt window. Balances for non-tilt windows generally have a top guide installed to the top of them.
To determine the best way to remove them from the window, may I see a photo of the bottom of the balance. Once you are able to remove them, I'll need to see a photo of the entire balance, preferably an undamaged one, to confirm the best possible replacement.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
