Identifying channel balances

Hi. I'm trying to replace channel balances of two different sizes.One of them is stamped '33 4 B.S.I.' and the other one is '27 4 B.S.I.'The balance shoes look like S380.Please, help me find the right parts.Keith

Your window balances can be replaced with either the Series 380 or the S385 Channel Balances. To determine which series is the correct fit, you'll need to confirm the depth of your shoe. If it is over 1", you'll need the S385.

Regarding the stamps, our 2740 (supports 19 to 26lbs) stamp should work to replace the 27 4 and the 3340 (supports 23 to 28lbs) should work for the 33 4.
