Identifying my Spiral Balancer

Home Owner from Florida
My balancer has a white tip and no markings on the tube at all.

It is a 5/8 X 24 tube with a white tip

It is out of a non tilt window

What part number and description do I use?

Thanks for posting! Based on those specs and your image, I think you should consider our S500-24 spiral balance. I'm not so sure about the tip color though. What's the weight of your window sash?

Under the link identifying your balancer tip it shows a tube with a white tip but it never describes it.

A White Tip is not a standard option for this balance. It would have to be custom made. Before we do that, I just want to make sure one of our other tips won't work for you, as well.

Two S500-24 balances with a Red Tip can hold a window sash weight of 7 through 29 pounds, while two with a Blue Tip can hold 12 through 31 pounds.

To determine the weight of your sash, you will have to weigh it as best as you can.

I was able to get the widow out and weight it. It was 13.6 pounds

Great! In that case I think you should go with the Red Tip.
