Identifying old spiral balances

A quick learner from Hinsdale says:
These is the length is pictured. The width is between 3/8 and 5/8 but 5/8 should fit just fine.

Also need brackets for bottom of window as well as adjustment tool. Please advise what length as I should get here as its between 26 and 27"?

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Hey there! This is an old spiral balance that is no longer made. We recommend our Series 500 and a bracket like our 17-012. We've used this setup to replace balances on wood windows like this for decades. For the length of the balance, go with 27" (S500-27). Let us know how you make out.
