Identifying operator

I have this truth operator that I need to replace. Your dual entry brand is close but the screw holes don't match up. Will your work for my needs?

I agree that our 39-031 and 39-032 operators are our best options for you. As for the screw holes, I can't really say for sure if that will be a problem or not without knowing your actual sizes. Using our measurements as a reference, can you tell me how yours differs? Looking at the design of your operator, I see no reason why our part wouldn't work.
