Identifying part.

Question

As I mentioned to the prior rep. I don't see any identifying markings or numbers on this balance. I need this part for my window as well as both sash guides.

Sorry for the delay! I see that you ordered a Series 380 balance. That sounds like it might be right. The Series 380 has the attachment shown below. Do you have that same attachment? If so, it looks like you ordered the right Series.

I see that you chose a 2910 weight option. The 2910 holds 7 to 12 pound sashes. Does your sash weigh 7 to 12 pounds? You need to be sure that the weight option is the right one to counterbalance the sash. If your sash weight falls between 7 and 12 pounds and the information above all checks out, then you chose the right balance.
