Identifying part

Question

Hi, I have this swing arm for an awning window that I am trying to replace. Could you help me find the correct replacement? Let me know if you need anything else - I don’t have easy access to the window itself, but I removed the part.

Hey there,

I believe you may have the old Renewal by Andersen type operator. I'm not sure of the type of end you have on your operator, but there is a chance the 39-099 Andersen Awning Operator or the 39-331 E-Z Straight Arm Operator (for casement windows) could work to replace it. You would likely need to make some adaptations for the installation.

You will also need the 39-362 for the installation.
