Identifying the Balance

I need to place an order for 50 of these balances. Northern Glass in Ipswich MA had ordered a few boxes of balances from swisco 2-3 years ago. This is a swisco product.
The markings are 20-3 KM5 CMC 8. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

This looks like either an S351-21 or S390-21. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2030.
