The metal rail measures 25 inches. The trail is 3/8" wide.
Numbers printed on the rail are: 8 240X
I need to find replacements like this one and not sure which one to order. I was looking at the 800 series but not certain.

Thanks for contacting SWISCO. This looks a lot like our S800-25 Channel Balance; but the stamp number is a little weird. This number should correspond to the weight the balance is meant to support. Could you weigh your window sash? A precise weight will help us identify what you might need. Thanks.
