Identifying top and shoe

I believe I need either the series 380 or 390, however the shoe and top are slightly different. Shoe 15-001 and top 19-005 is the closest match.
Some of the dimensions are 1/16" different.I have enclosed some images, Please let me know what you suggest. The original balance is stamped 2730 and is 28" long.

Hello,
The balance you need is our S395-28 channel balance. This balance has the 19-005 top and 15-001 shoe attached. Let me know if you have any further questions.
