Identifying window balance

Hi the balance that I'm trying to match matches up to the s385 but with the option I don't know which one the markings on it say 29 5 GR CALDWELL

29 5 is sometimes a way of writing "2950" on older balances. See if 2950 is the proper option for you by weighing the window sash. 2950 holds 28 to 32 pounds. You should also check to be sure that the plastic attachments on the Series 385 match your balance.
