Identity balance

Thanks for writing in! Your balances appear to be either the Series 351 with a 1" shoe depth or the Series 390 with a 1-1/8" shoe depth. To confirm which series you have, you'll need to compare this dimension on your shoe. You'll also need to confirm the dimension for the length of the metal channel, not including the plastic attachments.

It is a bit hard to make out the stamps from the photos provided. Can you please write out what your stamps are? It does appear that at least one of them is stamped with a 27 14L but it is hard to tell. If this is correct, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the the sash this balance will be installed in; unfortunately, I would not be able to cross-reference this stamp.

Thanks for confirming the stamps. As mentioned, I'll need to know the exact weight of the sash for the 27 14L stamp option; I'll need to request the same for the 27 11 stamp. Unfortunately, I cannot cross-reference the stamps you have with our stamps.

In regard to the top sash guides, I'll need to see a photo of your existing guide removed from the top corner of the sash.
