I am in need of these pivot hinges, i am seeing alot when i search but none match ad need to replace like the original. the door has The hinges has no name or markings

you're welcome to look through our selection of commercial hinges here. I can't make out all of the mounting holes for your top and bottom hinge but the 79-131 and 79-132 might be a good place to start. Take a look and see how the specifications and orientation of our replacement options compare to your original hardware. Thanks for posting.
