Hmm, I'm not familiar with your type of lever lock operator with the 36-078 shoe stud. I believe it could be no longer available. We do carry an operator that takes the 36-078 shoe, our 39-348, but I'm not sure it would be a good fix for your window. I'm leaning toward the 39-070 lever lock operator that takes two sash brackets, either the 39-170 or the 39-177. Take a look at the related parts and information on this page to see what you think would be best.
