Unknown manufacturer for casement operator

A quick learner from Ny says:
I used a app for measurement and may not be exactly correct and I'm not sure who makes the window. It appears that the control arm disconnected from the bracket on the window. I wanted to replace that bracket, control arm, and the crank. Any help with what Replacement parts will work?

That's pretty cool. I guess I'm old fashioned because I didn't know this kind of app existed. It seems to be very helpful, though.

The bad news is that we don't have an operator that matches those measurements exactly. The closest we carry appears to be our 39-221B. Could you possibly use this as a replacement? The arm is longer but it may work as-is. Look over our pictures and let me know what you think.

The cover and handle are sold separately as our 39-451.
