I'm not sure what it's called, but it slides along under the pivot point of the left (from inside) window. I

The part appears to have rusted and a ?post that goes up into the hardware arm is missing/broke off, so the window cranks out, but the bottom pivot point doesn't track with the top, so it jams when moving.

I hope that makes sense when combined with the pics?

This appears to be a slide from a casement window hinge. These are unfortunately not sold separately, but we do sell complete hinge sets like the 36-048. This may be what you need but look it over and see how well it matches.
