I'm thinking I need 350?

Hi, I do not have pics of it installed and I'm missing the metal hook.  My rod is stamped 29-3 and the metal part measures 30in. I don't know the window maker, I just know they went out of business per my builder.  It looks like I need 350 or 380 or 385?  Lowe's gave me a replacement that was very similar to my original in 2015, but the plastic "wings" were more narrow (like your pics)  It works, but window is abit swishy, though easier to open, which I am OK with.   Not much options at Lowe's now.   Appreciate any guidance.  Sue

Hello there. I suspect this is the S385-30 Channel Balance. It comes down the shoe depth. See below. If the shoe depth is 1-3/32", the Series 385 is what you need. It's possible Lowes provided you with the Series 380, which has a shallower shoe; this would result in a bit more rocking in the window. See what you think. For a stamp option choose 2930.
