Have dozens of imperial windows needing this tilt latch replaced.
It measures 3.5" x 1"
Space between holes 3".

You may want to begin by taking a look at our 26-193 and 26-194 tilt latches. Do you think these could work for you. Get back to us with some thoughts.

Hello Mike to continue the discussion, the two latches you reference are longer than the 3.5" latch I am trying to replace. Do you think that would be an issue.
Also if you notice on my photo - our latch also has an additional turn thing on the top.

I agree, with Mike, our 26-193 and 26-194 top tilt latches look like our closest match. However, the measurements are a bit different. Double check just to confirm the installation hole spacing, which is the most important measurement. In a worst case scenario, you would need to drill a new rear hole. The extra turn screw is a safety device designed to prevent people from tilting in the sash unless they first turn that to release the slide latch. I'm afraid ours does not have this feature, but it's not essential for it to function.
