In Search Of Replacement or Solution to Fix

Question

This is a drawer that came out and posed as a little table for us. Everything except the tracks came out and apart; someone threw it in the dumpster so now I am having to search eternity to figure out how to fix this set up that was done in 1993. Any help with the photos provided would be great. I have a handy man that will put a new drawer in but we need to find one comparable. Thank you so much!
