Hello,

One of my window balances broke, and I need to replace it. It has the following markings on it: 23B VM BSI. Could you please help me identify it?

Thanks Julien! The S795-23 with the 23B stamp option looks like a match. This comes with a closed cam shoe by default but you'll need to purchase the 15-195B separately since your old shoe has an open cam. The video below will show how to pop these shoes on and off.
