To further review, are you able to show us the internal mortise lock in the frame of the door that the handle set engages with to lock the door? From there we can get a clearer idea of which type of handle set is needed. Thank you! 

Hey there, Lauren isn't here today but I'll do my best to assist you. 

Looking at your photos, I think our best option is the 82-081. This has a 4-15/16" hole spacing, same as yours, and its thumb lever has a square tail to fit into a corresponding slot in the mortise. The bad news is that these aren't made in black anymore, the only color options still available are white and almond.
