In need of cranking mechanism

Quick Learner from Ontario Canada
The pin that the handle fits on has sheared off in the handle, do I need another crank mechanism or is there a way to replace just the handle and pin?

Hello,

If the spline that the handle attaches to is broken, unfortunately, the entire assembly would need to be replaced. You can start by comparing the specifications of the 39-399 operator to yours. We also offer the 39-400 opposite-handed version if needed. Both operators are used with the 39-232 handle. Thanks for posting!

The one I have has two levers from the gear that connect to the window. Can you please give me that number?

The operator shown in your photo only shows one arm, so I suspect you may be referring to the hinge below the operator. If so, take a look at our selection of 4-bar hinges here and compare the specifications shown on our product pages to your assembly.
