In need of dual arm crank

A home owner from Brooklyn, NY says:
Hello:

Please see attached photos for the dual-arm crank I have on my windows.
I need to replace two of these cranks, but based on your video, I see your cranks screw into the window frame from the top, while mine screw into the window from the front.
The window frame is metal, so attaching new screws is not really an option.

Do you have a solution that meets this requirement?

Thank you,
Melanie

Thanks for posting, Melanie. It's hard to tell what you have while it's still installed, but look at our 39-312 operator to see if the dimensions and style of the arms match up to your operator.
