Hey Don. I'm afraid I'm not certain what window manufacturer these balances came from, as quite a few different companies use them actually. However, this appears to be an S795-26, with a stamp option of 26C. That shoe comes by default with these balances (our 15-195). Let me know if you have any further questions.
