In need of replacements for 3 window balances

Hello,

I need to replace 3 sets of window balances. On one of the balances the stamp is 24 - 3 CR Caldwell. On the other one it is difficult to read but appears to read 15 - 2 LP.

When I measure each with a measuring tape. Excluding the plastic ends the 24-3 CR measures 25 inches.

The 15 - 2 LP measures 16 inches.

Any help on how to order the correct ones Is appreciated.

Hello,

It looks like you have either our S351, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You'll also need 2430 and 1520 spring strength options based on the stamp number you've provided. Thank you!
