In need of two replacement pivot bars

I have vinyl windows from 2006 but am unsure of the manufacturer. One window has two broken pivot bars that need replacement. An identical window has pivot bars shown in the picture. They're stamped 23148 and are about 2.5 inches long. There's water on the "head" of the pivot bar pictured, but the shape can be made out zoomed in.
