In search of channel balance shoes and the plastic part for the top corner of the window

A handy person from Denver says:
Hello:

I'm replacing the channel balances in some windows.

I'm in need of the plastic parts that goes in the top and the bottom of the balance. The existing ones are the green plastic parts in the pictures

Also, the piece that screws in the top corner of the window is broken on a few windows... with it broken, it allows the channel balance to shoot to all the way to the top of the frame rather than engaging at the top of the window. It's the white plastic piece seen in the photos.

I've also attached a photo of the outline of all three pieces I'm asking about with their measurements. I tried a replacement kit from Home Depot which advertised "fits all popular replacement parts" but the bottom shoes in that kit don't extend far enough to catch the bottom of the window.

Also, I need 8 of the pieces which attach to the top corner of the window. I'll need 8 top shoes and 8 bottom shoes.

If you have the rivets for attaching the shoes, I'm interested in getting them from your company as well.

Thanks!

Thank you for your patience during this busy season! I'm just letting you know we're still looking into this balance. The top sash guide looks like our 18-093, but the balance has a unique combination of attachments. We actually used to carry these nylon attachments, but they were discontinued years ago. We're still researching the possibility of acquiring more. I promise I'll let you know as soon as we have more information one way or the other!

Thanks for the reply.

For the shoes which attach to the top and bottom of the channel balance itself, are there any items in stock which come close?

For the bottom balance especially, I can probably go a hair wider -- just not narrower as the whole window would fall past the balance if the bottom shoe doesn't stick out enough to engage the bottom of the window.

Thanks!

Thank you again for your continued patience. Our 19-024 top attachment is now online. This is meant to pair with the 15-095 bottom shoe and can be installed using our 62-005 rivet. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks... I'll be placing an order shortly!
